NOTICE OF PROPOSED DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTERPRISE GOAL FOR FEDERALLY-ASSISTED PROJECTS FOR FEDERAL FISCAL YEARS 2021-2023

In accordance with 49 CFR Part 26, the Northwest Alabama Regional Airport Authority announces and gives notice that the overall goal for DBE participation in USDOT-funded projects at Northwest Alabama Regional Airport for federal fiscal years (FFY) 2021-2023 (October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2023) is 9.63%. A copy of the Airport’s goal and rationale are available for inspection for 30 days from the date of this notice during normal business hours at the Office of the Airport Director, which is at 1729 T. Ed. Campbell Dr., Muscle Shoals AL 25661-2016.
The Airport Authority also hereby solicits public comment from any group or individual wishing to comment on the above DBE overall goal and rationale. Public comment will be accepted by the Airport Authority for 30 days from the date of this notice and should be submitted in writing to:
